Rustfall City

Rustfall city is a city quite west of Lekar. The soil is Rustfall City is all dried up. Or maybe something else happened?
Rustfall City used to be a thriving mining town, but has been deserted after a catastrophe. Now, after years of silence, gym leader Billy Bonka has been rebuilding and repopulating Rustfall City to it's former glory.
